Independent public mirror of national PKI trust anchors, not an authority. Certificates are published by each national PKI (e.g., BCCR for Costa Rica); this site mirrors and structures them.

Accredited-provider model (distinct from Chile's state PKI, tracked separately under cl-estado). The Entidad Acreditadora (Ministerio de Economía) accredits ~13 independent Prestadores de Servicios de Certificación, each with its own root and intermediate CAs, and publishes their certificate bundles on a single page. The cl monitor (scripts/monitors/sources/cl.mjs, human-gated per docs/specs/2026-07-20-cl-root-cert-monitor-design.md) downloads and extracts those bundles over HTTPS. 51 distinct certificates (17 self-signed roots + 34 intermediates) promoted from the 2026-07-20 staging snapshot. Known gaps: two providers publish .rar bundles the monitor cannot extract (E-Cert 2010, Paperless) — tracked in the monitor's known-gaps block. RSA throughout.

Expired certificates are hidden by default; they remain useful only for validating older signatures.
